What is mBanc?
mBanc allows customers to check account balances, view recent transactions, and
transfer funds in real time on their cell phone. mBanc is a web-based
application for banking services that works on most handheld devices with a
browser, like cell phones and PDAs.

What can mBanc do?
mBanc provides access to your accounts at Baylake Bank through your cell phone,
PDA, or any other handheld device with a browser.
• Check Account Balances. For each account, customers can check the current and available balance, view any pending activity and reference the most recently posted transactions. The listing for each transaction shows information about the date and amount of the transaction, along with a brief description and the account balance after posting.
• Transfer Funds. Balance transfers, including loan payments, can be made quickly and easily from one account to another by using the Transfer function. Just fill in the amount and designate a transfer account from a list of options. A text message alert is sent to confirm once the transfer is complete.

What do I need for mBanc?
1. eBanc. Baylake Bank’s free internet banking.

2. Smart phone. Your cell phone must have a browser with internet access and the
ability to receive text messages or email.
If you are not currently an eBanc user, call 1-800-267-3610 for your internet
banking access. Top
How do I enroll for mBanc mobile banking?
Log in to eBanc at www.baylake.com and select Preferences. Scroll toward the
bottom of the screen to the Mobile Banking Enrollment area. In this section, you need to choose how you prefer to have One-Time
Passwords, and your link to mBanc, sent to your phone:
To receive by EMAIL: Enter your email address in the first box,
then select “No Carrier” in the carrier box.
To receive by TEXT MESSAGE: Enter your mobile phone number in the first
box, then select your service carrier. (If your carrier is not listed, please
contact us at (920) 743-5551.)
Finally, choose a 4 digit PIN to access mBanc on your phone.
After successful enrollment, you will receive an email or text (depending on the
option you choose above) with a link to access mBanc mobile banking.
From your cellphone, you will need to click on that link (which contains your One Time Password). You
will be prompted to enter your eBanc User name, and your 4 digit mBanc mobile
banking PIN. Top
What if I delete the text message
or email with my One Time Password?
If you need a new One Time Password, browse to
https://secure.ufsdata.com/mbi/blb.aspx
on your cellphone.
Click the button for “One Time Password” and a new one will
automatically be sent to your enrolled phone via text message
or email (depending on your preference selected during enrollment).
Alternately, if you have access to eBanc, you may also re-enroll to have a new
One Time Password sent. Top
I receive a Session
Expired message at LogOn.
If using the text message or
email with the One Time Password link keeps giving the message
Session Expired, you may need a new One Time Password. Browse to
https://secure.ufsdata.com/mbi/blb.aspx.
Click the button for “One Time Password” and a new one will automatically be
sent to your enrolled phone via text message
or email (depending on your preference selected during
enrollment).
Alternately, if you have access to eBanc, you may also re-enroll to have a new

I receive the error
message Session Expired when trying to request a
new password.

I forgot my mobile banking PIN. Can you help?
There is not a way for the mobile banking PIN to be retrieved, but
it is easy to
reset. If you forgot your PIN, Log In to eBanc to select Preferences, then
scroll down to Mobile Banking Enrollment. Enter in the information with a new 4
digit PIN. A new One Time Password will be sent to your cell phone via text
message or email (depending on your preference selected
during re-enrollment). Top
Is mBanc secure?
mBanc provides comprehensive security for sensitive account data and transaction
posting. Integration with eBanc enables a seamless and secure online enrollment
process while giving customers a consistent view of their accounts, whether
accessed from your PC or mobile device.

An access ID and password are required for Log In. mBanc generates a one-time
password during the enrollment that is delivered through text messaging only to
the cell phone enrolled through eBanc.

Is
there a cost for mBanc?
There is currently no cost for mBanc with Baylake Bank. Depending on your cell
phone carrier plan, there may be charges for internet access or receiving text
messages through your cell phone provider. Please contact your cell phone
provider for information about their fees.

What if I lose my cell phone?
If you have misplaced or lost your cell phone, call your provider to have your
cell phone service suspended. Top
What if I get a new
phone or get a new carrier?
If you get a new phone or cell phone provider, Log In to eBanc > select
Preferences, then enter your new information in the Mobile Banking Enrollment
area. A new One Time Password will be sent to your new phone or new provider.
