Mr. Delbecchi has more than 20 years of experience in sales, business development, and sales management working as an executive for middle market companies across a number of different industries. Prior to joining Baylake, Mr. Delbecchi worked as a senior account representative providing insurance solutions to manufacturing, construction and transportation businesses in the Appleton, Wisconsin market area.
