Baylake Bank Promotes Lammersfeld to Central Region Market President

Baylake Bank Senior Vice President of Human Resources Sharon Haines has announced the promotion of Kenneth R. Lammersfeld to the position of Regional Market President for Baylake Bank’s Central Region. Lammersfeld is currently the Training and Sales Development Manager at Baylake Bank, and recently assumed his new responsibilities as Market President. Lammersfeld is primarily responsible for leading a 35-member team of financial services professionals, and developing customer and community relationships through the six Baylake Bank financial centers located within the marketplace in and around Waupaca, Wisconsin.

Lammersfeld has more than 20 years of bank management experience, and a formal education in management and leadership. His previous banking experience includes but is not limited to District Manger where he directed all sales, service and operations activities for a regional bank, and Banking Center Manager where he was responsible for improving branch profitability through successful implementation and execution of a proactive sales and service culture. He holds a B.B.A. in General Management and M.S. in Organizational Leadership and Quality from Marian College.

Lammersfeld joined Baylake Bank in May of last year, and since that time has been developing and facilitating key training programs and supporting all business line leaders with sales, management, and leadership training and reporting. In addition to his new responsibilities as Market President, he will continue overseeing the training and sales development functions for the bank. He has established a primary office at the Waupaca Financial Center and has begun participating on Baylake’s Senior Management team.

Ken, his wife Jackie, and their two sons reside in the Oshkosh area.
