"Memory Care Connections"

The Baylake Bank Premier Club invites you to attend this informational program to learn about healthy aging and memory loss.

Beverly Bartlett, Outreach Specialist for Alzheimer’s Association of Greater Wisconsin, will discuss ways to maintain your healthy brain, signs and symptoms of dementia, and the importance of early diagnosis.

Christine VanderMuss, Kewaunee County Memory Care Connections Coordinator, will present information about community connections and educational programs and services available to residents of Kewaunee County.

Refreshments will be served. The public is invited to attend. There is no admission charge, but please register by calling a Baylake Bank Premier Club Representative at your nearest Financial Center prior to March 13, 2008.
