Northway Named Baylake Bank Bay Region Market President
Green Bay, WI—Baylake Bank Senior Vice President of Human Resources Sharon
Haines has announced the appointment of Paul J. Northway to the position of
Regional Market President for the company’s Bay Area Region. Northway will be
responsible for leading a 90+ member team of financial services professionals,
and developing customer and community relationships through the nine Baylake
Bank financial centers in the Green Bay area marketplace.
Northway has managed significant commercial banking relationships in
northeastern Wisconsin and the Fox Cities for the past 12 years. Most recently
he was in charge of a commercial banking division where he oversaw a commercial
loan portfolio of $123 million, and led the team of commercial bankers
responsible for the portfolio.
“My previous experiences provided me with great opportunities in our community,
especially working with business owners to provide them with financing, cash
management, wealth management, and private banking solutions. I’m delighted to
join the community culture of the Baylake Bank team, and look forward to
continuing my personal commitment to delivering effective financial solutions
for our customers,” he said.
Northway earned a Master of Business Administration at the University of
Wisconsin Oshkosh in December of 1997, after a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin—Green Bay
in 1990. He also completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of
Wisconsin—Madison in 2003. He is currently an active board member of University
of Wisconsin—Green Bay Alumni Association, Great Lakes Asset Corporation, the De
Pere Lions, and De Pere Little League.
