Baylake Bank recently
announced a contest in which it is giving away a 2007 Yamaha Scooter, plus
$300 in free gasoline. The bank is providing the scooter and twelve $25 gas
cards over a three-month period as part of its promotion to encourage customers
to use BillPay bill payment service. Free options are available for some of
Baylake Bank's personal checking
account customers who use eBanc on line banking at www.baylakecom.

To be entered for a chance to win the Yamaha scooter or free gas, customers need
to enroll for BillPay through Baylake Bank's eBanc online banking, and return a
signed BillPay agreement. Each bill that customers pay through BillPay will
automatically qualify as an entry into the drawings. Bills paid by September 14,
2007, will qualify for the scooter, which is being supplied in part by May's
Sports Center, and four gas cards will be given out each month until October.
