Sharon Haines, Baylake Bank Senior Vice President of Human Resources, has announced that five of the company's managers recently completed the Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA) Sales Leadership and Management School. The curriculum of the program, which was held in September, is designed to provide a better understanding of sales and market management principles.

The Baylake Bank Financial Center Managers who completed the program are: Maria Konkel, Ashwaubenon Financial Center; Sharon Steubs, Kewaunee Financial Center; Angela Hanson, Manawa Financial Center; Pam Strey, Poy Sippi Financial Center; and Pam Hanson, West De Pere Financial Center.

"We believe that our people are our greatest resource, and by providing them with educational opportunities such as this WBA program, we are not only helping make Baylake Bank a great place to work, we're also enhancing the expertise we can share with our customers and communities," commented Haines. In addition to the Baylake Bank participants, Baylake Bank Training & Staff Development Manager Donna Nett Pomrening facilitated the program.
