Baylake Bank Enhancing Service with Addition of Personal Banker

Baylake Bank Vice President - Director of Retail Michelle Knaus recently
announced the addition of Michelle DuBois as a Personal Banker at
Baylake's West De Pere Financial Center, located at 1450 Scheuring Road.
"The Personal Banking title is not new to the industry; however, we believe at Baylake Bank that our personal bankers are more knowledgeable about products and services that can meet the needs of our customers. In this way we not only provide superior service, but can be more proactive in helping our customers achieve their financial goals," Knaus said. DuBois has extensive banking experience, and is responsible for building financial service relationships with customers. She is an Ashwaubenon native and graduate of Ashwaubenon High School. She comes to Baylake Bank with over 22 years of financial service experience and says her goal is "to provide professional, responsive, and accurate customer service to all I work with." Her community involvement has included being a Girl Scout leader for more than eight years, a religious education volunteer for three years, and treasurer for Webster School for three years.
