Amateur photographers are invited to participate in the Baylake Bank Tall
Ship Festival Photo Contest. Enter by emailing up to two photos taken
during the Baylake Bank Tall Ship Festival, July 27 – 31, 2006 in downtown
Green Bay. The email address to use is: molly@downtowngreenbay.com.
Photos must be received by August 31, 2006 along with your name, address,
phone number and email address. Acceptable file formats include: PDF, Jpeg
and TIF. The photo entries will be judged on originality, creativity and
event depiction.
Entered photos will be judged by an independent panel and results
announced by September 15, 2006. The top winner will receive a night stay
at the Holiday Inn City Centre and a $25 gift certificate from Titletown
Brewing Company and Camera Corner Connecting Point.
Photos will become property of Downtown Green Bay, Inc. and possibly used
for future downtown promotional pieces. The photo contest defines an
amateur photographer as one who engages in photography for enjoyment only,
not paid for his or her work.
