Baylake Bank Scholarships Awarded to Area Students

Kewaunee, WI--Baylake Bank recently awarded six area students in Kewaunee County with scholarships totaling $10,200. A selection committee comprised of school officials and bank representatives chose two award recipients from each area school, including Algoma, Kewaunee, and Luxemburg-Casco High Schools.

A college scholarship of $600 per year for four years was presented to: Rachael Donart of Algoma; Beth Wotachek of Kewaunee; and Brad Peot of Luxemburg. Technical school scholarships of $250 per year up to four years were awarded to: Katie Prochnow of Algoma; Jacob Ault of Kewaunee; and Jeanna Haen of Luxemburg.

"Baylake Bank has a tradition of helping area youth with their aspirations of college or technical school. We have been awarding scholarships to students from our community high schools for more than eight years. We're proud of our involvement and believe our contribution is a valuable investment in the future of our communities," said Baylake Bank Regional Manager Julie Blaha.
