Baylake Bank recently awarded scholarships to five area high school
graduates for their outstanding academic accomplishments, involvement in
community activities, and for their commitment to higher education.
Applications were accepted from students at Manawa, Wild Rose,
Weyauwega/Fremont, Waupaca, and Berlin High Schools. To be eligible,
students completed applications that were reviewed by school officials.
Scholarships in the amount of $2,400 for each student ($600 per year for
four years) have been awarded to: Christa Frazier, daughter of Michael and
Jeanne Frazier of Manawa; James Duff, son of James and Melissa Duff of
Pine River; Nicole Austreng, daughter of Thomas and Renee Austreng of
Weyauwega; Caitlin Ernst, daughter of Jon and Maria Ernst of Waupaca; and
Eric Mortensen, son of Mark and Peggy Mortensen of Berlin.

provide us great hope for the future and I wish to personally congratulate
