Baylake Bank was recently recognized by the Small Business Administration
(SBA) as Wisconsin’s #1 Volume Asset Lender for 2004 for financial
institutions within the $501-$1 billion in assets range.
At the SBA Financing Symposium held May 12, 2005 at the Kalahari
Convention Center and Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Baylake Bank
representatives Jamie Alberts, Dave Englebert, Jeremy Maricque and Shelly
Henry accepted the award on behalf of Baylake Bank from the SBA’s Eric Ness.
“Small Business Administration loans continue to be attractive due to two
main benefits that include a long-term interest rate commitment and lower
down payment requirements than conventional loans,” said Commercial Loan
Officer Jamie Alberts. According to Alberts the commercial loan team at
Baylake bank examines all potential resources available to our customers
when structuring their loan package. As a Preferred SBA Lender, Baylake Bank
has made a strong commitment to utilizing the benefits of the SBA programs
and offer the best options to customers. The award represents customer
commitments made during the SBA’s fiscal year from October 1, 2003 through
September 30, 2004.
Baylake Bank is an equal housing lender and serves Northeast Wisconsin
from 27 community financial centers located throughout Brown, Door, Green
Lake, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Outagamie, Waupaca and Waushara Counties. |
