Baylake Bank recently held its eleventh annual Algoma Community Easter
Egg Hunt at Perry Field. More than 100 kids and their chaperones attended
the April 8th event. Penny the Cow and her helper handed out chocolate
Easter bunnies to the children. Penny the Cow is the mascot of Baylake’s
Cowabunga Kid’s Club, a special savings program just for kids 12 and
younger. Baylake Bank’s Algoma Financial Center employees helped make the
event another success.
Toddlers to age three had their own separate egg hunt area and prizes.
Each child received prize-filled eggs. Other prizes included a chocolate
bunny, a coloring book and crayons, as well as coins, candy, small toys,
board games, dolls and more. The grand prize winners, Justin and Jacob of
Algoma each received a $50 gift certificate from Target. Toddler winner,
Rylee, also of Algoma, won a Radio Flyer Tricycle and a $10 gift
certificate.
