Baylake Bank Names Bay Region Market President

Baylake Bank Senior Vice President of Human Resources Sharon Haines recently announced the appointment of Charles E. Burnham to the position of Bay Region Market President.

Burnham, who has been in banking for more than 21 years, comes to Baylake Bank with extensive experience in commercial lending and bank management. During his career, he has managed a variety of client relationships representing a myriad of industries, with particular emphasis on business development, expanding market share, and maintaining credit quality.

“I enjoy working in a quality team environment, where the focus is on the customer, the employee and the community. Baylake Bank does that. Building long-term customer relationships is dependent on personalized quality service, and a focus on doing what is right for the customer. I’m excited to be here!” Burnham said.

At Baylake Bank, Burnham is responsible for the development and team implementation of business development and performance initiatives within the Green Bay area. As a leader and a member of the bank’s management team and regional board, he is also responsible for furthering the vision and mission of the company. His educational background includes earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Montana.

Burnham and his family live in De Pere, Wisconsin. His current community involvement includes President and Board Member of the American Heart Association; Endowment Chair; and member of the Finance Committee at St. Anne’s Episcopal Church; as well as volunteering with the Bay-Lakes Council, Boy Scouts of America.
