Baylake Bank, with 27 community financial centers throughout Northeast
Wisconsin, will once again be offering scholarships to students from
Algoma, Kewaunee, and Luxemburg-Casco High Schools.
One student will be selected from each school to receive a $600
scholarship for each of four years at an accredited college or university.
Another student from each school will be selected to receive $250 for each
year of attendance (maximum of four) at an accredited vocational or
technical school.
“It’s a privilege to help an aspiring student realize his or her potential
with the help of continuing education at a technical school or college,”
said Baylake Bank Regional Manager Julie Blaha. “Baylake Bank has been
offering scholarships for over eight years to students in the Lakeshore
area. We’re proud of our involvement and believe our contribution is a
quality investment in our future leaders.”
Applications for a Baylake Bank Scholarship can be obtained from the high
school guidance counselor at the Algoma, Kewaunee, or Luxemburg-Casco High
Schools. Scholarship award decisions will be based on completed
applications and will be reviewed by both school officials and bank
representatives. The deadline for all completed applications is March 22,
2006.
