INVESTMENT
CONSULTANT
- Green Bay, Waupaca
Responsibilities for this position include aiding clients in the selection and
purchase of various investment vehicles including mutual funds, treasuries,
bonds, etc. and assisting clients with financial planning through restatement of
goals and development of strategies to obtain those goals.
To be successful in this position, candidates should be results-oriented and
sales-driven, must have or be willing to obtain the Series 7 and 63 licenses,
and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to counsel and deal
effectively with people.

BUSINESS BANKER

This individual will be responsible for developing and managing sound commercial
loan relationships according to Baylake Bank’s policies. This will include
structuring/negotiating, processing and closing profitable commercial loan
transactions. In addition, we expect this person to cross-sell Baylake Bank’s
other products and services.
To be successful in this position, candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in
Finance or a related field and three to five years of commercial lending
experience including demonstrated success in business development/sales. A high
degree of analytical and communications skills are a must along with being a
team player. Applicants should be enthusiastic about representing Baylake Bank
in various civic and community events to further enhance its image and develop

PERSONAL BANKER
- Ashwaubenon
As a Personal Banker, you will counsel customers on their financial matters,
open a variety of accounts, cross-sell bank products and services and develop
business. Successful Personal Bankers have excellent communication skills,
positive attitudes and the motivation to achieve results. Previous banking or
sales experience preferred. Hours for this position will include Saturday
mornings on a rotating basis.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
(CSR)

As a CSR, you will be responsible for professionally handling and servicing
customer transactions and promoting cross sales opportunities in the teller
line.
Requirements for these positions include excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, a numerical aptitude, and the ability to work well within
a team unit. Applicants must also possess a high school diploma or equivalent,
the ability to stand 85-95% of the time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Previous cash handling and customer service experience a must. Hours include
Saturday mornings on a rotating basis.
