NOTICE TO CURRENT BILLPAY
CUSTOMERS: BILLPAY CONVERSION AND UPGRADE
Baylake Bank has launched a new and enhanced version of
our online consumer bill payment service. We encourage you to pay particular attention to
your payee and payment history. The majority of payees were
automatically converted as of January
31, 2012. However, in some instances where incomplete payee information
or address omissions are present on the current BillPay system, a payee
may not have transferred. In order to provide the most seamless
experience possible for you, we suggest that you follow the steps below:
(1)
Login to the new site and
review your payee information. The first time you log into the
new BillPay, you will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions.
Please review the Terms and Conditions carefully because they have been
updated.
(2)
Set up your one-time transfers or recurring payments on
the new BillPay system. This can be completed under the “Add a
Bill” tab.

Effective with the conversion and upgrade, BillPay
will be offered free of charge to customers who make a minimum of one
BillPay payment per calendar month.* BillPay will continue to feature
unlimited monthly transactions and in some cases, same-day payment
options.
*BillPay accounts without activity for more than a calendar month will
be assessed a $4.95 monthly fee after March 31, 2012.
